my schedule at work is packed this week...
i am conducting interviews to find a replacement for my Marketing Exec... this is an important decision i will have to make.
should i choose:
- fresh grads or people with experience.
- female and male
- worker or talker
someone told me that this time round, i will not be able to blame anyone if this candidate does not work out as i handpicked her/him. :)
wow! "don't stress don't stress"...as the song goes...haha! Hmm, sounds equally tough as in looking for a life partner! Trust your judgement & taste, go with the flow, your heart & head will tell you the right one to choose...:-)
